I'm working with one of our 5★ clients within their Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) to hire an experienced Enterprise Data Architect for a high-impact transformation programme based in Abu Dhabi.

Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to lead the assessment and design of a reusable enterprise Gold Layer supporting analytics, self-service BI, APIs and AI initiatives.

This engagement focuses on evaluating an existing Bronze/Silver data platform and producing a future-proof architecture capable of supporting enterprise reporting and AI at scale.

This is a strategic architecture engagement where you'll assess the existing enterprise data platform and design a scalable Gold Layer, Common Data Model, and Semantic Layer to support analytics, self-service BI, APIs, and AI across one of the region's largest healthcare groups.

Responsibilities

• Assess end-to-end enterprise analytics architecture
• Evaluate Bronze completeness and Silver readiness
• Design enterprise Common Data Models
• Define reusable semantic layer architecture
• Develop enterprise KPI definitions and governance
• Recommend orchestration architecture (native vs dbt)
• Design governance, metadata and security frameworks
• Define AI-ready architecture and metadata strategy
• Present recommendations to architecture boards and senior stakeholders
