We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Digital Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale digital transformation programs across multiple business domains, including Human Capital, Finance, Procurement, and General Services.
This role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide digital initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, on-time delivery, budget control, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-domain digital transformation programs and enterprise IT initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams across applications, data, analytics, infrastructure, and operations
- Ensure strong alignment between business strategy and technology delivery
- Own program planning, budgets, resourcing, risk management, and governance
- Manage senior stakeholders and external vendors
- Oversee enterprise data, analytics, and reporting architectures
- Champion innovation across cloud, automation, AI, and user experience
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading large enterprise digital programs
- Strong experience across ERP platforms (such as SAP or Microsoft), cloud technologies, and data architecture
- Proven leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working within Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemicals is preferred.
- Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, analytics, and digital innovation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are preferred
