Job Title: Project Manager - ERP
Work Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Purpose:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Oracle ERP solutions (EBS or Fusion Cloud).
- The ideal candidate will manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and schedules; manage RAID logs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, SCM, Procurement, and HR.
- Manage system configuration, integrations, and data migration strategies.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, IT security, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and ROI; prepare regular status reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; manage change control processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Oracle Cloud certifications (OCI Foundations, ERP Cloud).
- Native Arabic Speaker is Must
- 510 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Oracle ERP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules and related business processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS environments.
