The role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and evaluating potential risks that could impact the organization's operations, financial, or reputation, developing and implementing risk management strategies to minimize these risks and ensuring that the organization is compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the flyadeal's risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices, and framework to analyze and report enterprise risks, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct the periodic review of the risk management policy and other elements of the risk management framework.
- Conduct and facilitate risk assessments to define and analyze possible risks within the flyadeal's business units.
- Manage the consolidated flyadeal's risk register and all other flyadeal's risk registers.
- Monitor and analyse risks within flyadeal's business units and reports on these risks to relevant committees.
- Analyze key risk indicators and the risk register for insights on risk.
- Analyze data to identify and escalate any operational risks and produce ad-hoc reports and information to a range of stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and recommendations to the ARC Committee on periodic basis.
- Ensure Risk Champions understand their responsibilities with respect to risk management and are supported with training and assistance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, or any related field.
- A certified risk professional designation is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years experience in a related role to enterprise risk, internal audit, project management or related field, out of which 2 years experience in risk management.
