Enterprise Risk Senior Specialist
Job Description
- Responsabilities:
- Supporting the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across Modupay.
- Identifying, assessing, monitoring and mitigating enterprise-wide risks while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards; and supporting risk reporting, KRIs monitoring, risk assessments and business continuity initiatives to promote a strong risk-aware culture.
- Develop and implement enterprise risk management strategies and processes tailored to the fintech/payments landscape.
- Assess and identify potential risks that may hinder reputation, safety, security and financial success of the organization, with a focus on fraud, transaction and cybersecurity threats.
- Design and execute processes to avoid, reduce or transfer risks, ensuring business resilience.
- Analyze risk management data and report key trends, weaknesses and areas of exposure to senior management and the Board.
- Facilitate risk assessments and risk management workshops with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive risk reports for executives and board members, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Liaise with functional and operational area managers to ensure the effective implementation of risk mitigation plans.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Risk-based thinking and analytical mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in risk reporting and data visualization.
- Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work across functions and geographies (40+ countries).
- Leadership skills to influence risk owners without direct authority.
- Very good written and spoken English
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
