We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business growth by acquiring landlords, property managers, and real estate portfolio owners, with a focus on SaaS and system-based solutions. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline, closing high-value deals, and generating consistent recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business opportunities within the real estate sector
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and system demonstrations
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in real estate or SaaS systems is required
  • Proven track record in closing deals and generating revenue
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Must hold a valid driving license
