We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager (CCaaS) to drive business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise customers for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and cloud communication technologies.
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for CCaaS solutions.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise customers across industries.
Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Customer Experience Leaders, and key decision-makers.
Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable contact center and customer engagement solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consulting, and delivery teams for successful solution positioning.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, commercial negotiations, and contracts.
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the customer experience ecosystem.
5–12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, CCaaS Sales, CPaaS Sales, Telecom, or Cloud Solutions.
Proven experience in selling Contact Center Solutions, Cloud Telephony, Customer Experience Platforms, or Communication Technologies.
Strong network within enterprise accounts and large organizations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to engage with senior leadership and C-level executives.
Strong understanding of customer experience and contact center technologies.
