About The Role

We're looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to accelerate revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong client partnerships. This role focuses on identifying and unlocking opportunities across multiple sectors, with a strong emphasis on industries with high transaction volume and digital payment needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-deal growth.
  • Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Build and scale a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, partnerships, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to define client requirements, prioritize features, and streamline onboarding.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors.
  • Grow existing accounts by cross-selling and upselling relevant products and services.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and expand market share.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management and high satisfaction.
  • Gather client feedback, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare and present business cases, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of payment solutions, digital transactions, and fintech ecosystems.
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, and managing complex deal cycles.
  • Ability to work with technical and product teams to drive solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
