About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Senior Specialist to join our fast-growing fintech team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing large enterprise merchants, driving revenue growth, and building long-term strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire large enterprise merchnats across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Understand business needs and propose tailored digital payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and track KPIs to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support business growth and product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of enterprise sales or B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
