Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design, modernization, and governance of enterprise-wide technology architecture within the banking domain. This role is critical in aligning IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring scalability, compliance, and innovation across digital banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement enterprise banking architecture aligned with business and digital transformation goals.Apply BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) principles to modularize and optimize business capabilities.Lead the modernization of core banking systems, ensuring integration with digital channels, payment platforms, and regulatory frameworks.Develop target-state architecture roadmaps covering applications, data, infrastructure, and security.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that support customer experience and operational efficiency.Establish governance frameworks for architecture standards, compliance, and risk management.Drive adoption of cloud, API-driven, and microservices architectures to enable agility and scalability.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to solution architects, engineers, and project teams.Partner with vendors and regulators to ensure compliance with banking industry standards and security requirements.
Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in enterprise architecture within banking or financial services.Knowledge of BIAN framework, TOGAF, or similar architecture methodologies.Expertise in core banking systems, digital payments, and API integration.Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.Solid understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in banking.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
