Responsible for designing end-to-end integrated solutions across Alkan's technology portfolio, ensuring technical coherence, scalability, security, and commercial competitiveness.
Bridges presales, engineering, and delivery teams to architect complex multi-domain solutions including: Data & AI Platforms ,Digital Solutions & Applications, Cybersecurity, Physical Security & Light Current, Network & Wireless Infrastructure, Passive & Structured Cabling, and Data Center & Hardware Infrastructure
Design end-to-end integrated technology solutions that combine multiple domains including digital solutions, data & AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, wireless, physical security, and light current systems.
Lead solution architecture during presales activities, including requirement analysis, technical workshops with customers, and developing high-level solution designs for proposals and RFP responses.
Develop and review architecture documentation such as High-Level Designs (HLD), solution diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
Collaborate with sales, presales, and engineering teams to translate customer business requirements into technically sound and commercially viable solutions.
Ensure interoperability and integration between different technology components, platforms, and vendor products within complex enterprise environments.
Support the preparation of technical proposals, bill of quantities (BoQ), and solution presentations to customers, ensuring alignment with project scope and industry best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to presales and implementation teams, while staying updated with emerging technologies and market trends relevant to system integration.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
10–12 years of relevant experience
Strong systems thinking with an integration-focused mindset
Solid business acumen, with the ability to balance cost, performance, and risk considerations
Proven stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial awareness
Ability to translate complex architectures into clear, executive-level insights
Certifications:
CCNP or CCIE
VMware or Nutanix certifications
CISSP or equivalent security certification (optional)
TOGAF or other Enterprise Architecture certification (optional)
