Job Summary
The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) is responsible for owning, operating, and scaling an InvestTech / FinTech business on a day-to-day basis, within a Saudi Venture Builder.
This role acts as the primary operator of the venture, with full accountability across product execution, growth, and operational performance.
The business operates at the intersection of financial data, analytics, and investor-facing tools. As such, this role requires a combination of business judgment, product thinking, and growth discipline.
This is not a structured corporate role. It requires high ownership, resilience, and intensity. The EIR is expected to take full responsibility for execution, make decisions under uncertainty, and drive the business toward product-market fit, scalable growth, and strong unit economics.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
1. Full Ownership of Execution
- Lead all day-to-day operations across product, growth, and operations
- Ensure alignment and accountability across all functions
- Take full ownership of outcomes — both success and failure
2. Go-To-Market & Growth
- Design, execute, and refine go-to-market strategies
- Identify and scale acquisition channels based on performance
- Move the business toward structured, repeatable growth
3. Unit Economics Ownership
- Own and optimize:
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

- Retention and churn

- Ensure growth is efficient and financially sustainable
