Job Responsibilities:
1) Customer Support and Communication

2) Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and common service-related issues

3) Order and Case Management
- Support order processing, returns, exchanges, and general service requests

4) Performance and Learning
- Meet basic performance and quality standards
- Participate in onboarding, training sessions, and coaching programs
- Learn company products, systems, and policies

Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- No prior experience required; customer service experience is a plus
