We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our remote operations team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate, structured, and reliable data systems that support teams operating across the MENA region, including the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

As a Remote Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you will enter, update, review, and maintain operational data across internal systems. Your work will help ensure reporting accuracy, workflow efficiency, and operational clarity.
Structured onboarding and training will be provided. Success in this role depends on strong attention to detail, consistency in repetitive tasks, accountability, and the ability to follow structured procedures independently.
You will play an important role in maintaining clean and accurate administrative datasets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Entering data into internal databases and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel)
Updating existing records to reflect new or corrected information
Reviewing entries for completeness, formatting consistency, and accuracy
Identifying duplicate records, missing fields, or inconsistencies
Standardizing information across records (names, contact details, region identifiers, internal notes)
Maintaining organized folder structures and file naming conventions
Logging updates and corrections made
Ensuring data integrity is critical to operational reliability.
Responsibilities include:
Cross-checking entries against source documents
Validating information before final submission
Flagging incomplete or unclear data for clarification
Monitoring recurring data issues or formatting inconsistencies
Supporting compliance with documentation standards and SOPs
Conducting routine reviews to maintain data accuracy
You will also support structured administrative workflows and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing incoming data-related requests
Categorizing and prioritizing tasks based on deadlines
Tracking progress from assignment through completion
Following up on outstanding or delayed items
Maintaining clear documentation of task status
Communicating proactively when additional information is required

Updating operational trackers for completed and pending tasks
Maintaining daily activity logs
Preparing brief summaries of completed work when required
Escalating recurring data issues or process gaps
Supporting internal reporting with clean and reliable datasets
