My clients are the leading recruitment agencies in Dubai and are looking to hire Junior Recruitment Consultants to join their team.

We have desks available across professional services, technology, USA construction and financial services.

What you'll be doing:

• Connecting job seekers with opportunities
• Headhunting candidates
• Business Development - winning new clients, developing existing accounts, nurturing client relationships
• Developing your own sales & negotiation skills
• Pitching, negotiating & agreeing terms of business

To be successful you'll need to be:

• Interested in a career in sales
• A team player and ready to work hard
• Ideally have previous experience in a sales based role
• Keen on progressing your career and working with exciting clients within tech & financial services
