ENVIROMENTAL AND SAFETY TRAINER (E&S)- CONSTRUCTION

Experience Required

6+ years of experience in the construction sector

Proven experience delivering Environment & Safety (E&S) training on construction project sites

Experience working with EPC or large construction contractors is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Environment & Safety (E&S) training sessions for site workers, supervisors, and construction teams.

Develop and implement training modules, safety materials, and training schedules aligned with site operations.

Deliver site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training to ensure compliance with project safety standards.

Ensure all workers follow E&S policies, site safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Monitor and assess workers understanding of safety practices and ensure proper implementation on site.

Prepare training reports, compliance documentation, and training records for management review.

Conduct site inspections, safety observations, and audits to reinforce safety practices.

Identify training gaps and safety risks and recommend corrective actions.

Mentor and coach site staff to build and maintain a strong safety culture on construction sites.

Coordinate with HSE teams, project managers, and contractors to ensure safety standards are consistently implemented.
