Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated QHSE Manager to oversee our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting best practices, and cultivating a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and report on safety performance to senior management.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to identify corrective actions.
- Facilitate QHSE training programs for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to promote a culture of quality and safety.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to QHSE initiatives.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and industry trends and ensure the organization adapts accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in QHSE management.
- Proficient in QHSE standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Experience in conducting audits and risk assessments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications:
