Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven EHS Manager to lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) functions for our Singapore site. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with local regulations, ISO standards, and company policies, while driving a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage all site EHS programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and ISO standards
2. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audits, including RBA compliance
3. Advise management on EHS regulations, risks, and best practices
4. Conduct risk assessments (including COSHH) and ensure proper controls are in place
5. Lead incident investigations (accidents and near misses) and drive corrective actions
6. Oversee contractor safety management and site compliance
7. Plan and lead emergency response drills (e.g., fire evacuation)
8. Develop and deliver EHS training programs (e.g., first aid, fire safety)
9. Monitor and report EHS KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
10. Lead and develop EHS processes, systems, and documentation

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
2. Minimum 8+ years of EHS experience, with leadership experience preferred
3. Experience in manufacturing environment
4. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and EHS compliance requirements
5. Familiar with Singapore EHS regulations (preferred)
6. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified Safety Engineer or equivalent
• Fire Safety / Emergency Response certification
