Position Title: HSE Manager

Salary: up to 15,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Job Description:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable JAFZA, Trakhees-EHS, Dubai Civil Defense and UAE HSE regulations.
- Manage warehouse safety programs including forklift operations, racking safety, loading bays, battery charging areas, contractor management and hazardous materials handling.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities. Lead risk assessments, HIRA, JSA and Safe Work Procedures.
- Deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness campaigns. Approve HSE procedures, risk assessments, and safety permits within delegated authority.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science or related discipline
- Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience within JAFZA, logistics, warehousing or distribution environments is mandatory.
- Must have strong knowledge in JAFZA Regulations & Compliance Requirements and Trakhees-EHS Requirements
