About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate HSE Manager to lead and oversee Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) functions across all projects and business units. This is a strategic leadership role focused on developing and implementing corporate-level HSE frameworks, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and ADNOC standards, and driving a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organization-wide HSE policies, procedures, and systems.
- Lead corporate HSE governance and ensure alignment across all projects and business units.
- Monitor compliance, conduct internal audits, and manage risk controls.
- Guide and support project HSE teams to maintain consistency with corporate standards.
- Prepare and present HSE performance reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a proactive safety culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in senior HSE leadership roles within Oil & Gas / EPC organizations.
- Strong expertise in corporate-level HSE strategy, systems, and governance.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and ADNOC HSE standards.
- Proven track record in audits, compliance management, and risk mitigation.
- Experience in developing company-wide HSE frameworks, KPIs, and performance monitoring.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
- ADNOC approval is an advantage.
