Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Environmental Consultant, based in Doha, Qatar. The Senior Environmental Consultant will be responsible for conducting environmental impact assessments, ensuring environmental compliance, and delivering expert environmental consulting services. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed reports, evaluating environmental data, developing strategies to address environmental issues, and providing guidance on regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

B.Sc. in a relevant field from an accredited university; M.Sc. is an advantage.

8-10 years of environmental experience, of which 2 years must be in the GCC and/or Qatar.

Able to demonstrate professionalism in conducting and reporting Environmental Baseline Studies, EIA, EMP, Compliance Monitoring, Environmental/HSE Audit, etc.)

Able to demonstrate experience across the diverse development sectors, including O&G, industry, road and drainage infrastructure, transportation, marina and port, agriculture, urban, etc.

Preference will be given to those having Qatari residency with NOC, relevant experience in Qatar, Qatari/GCC Driver License, and bilingual Arabic/English speakers. We offer competitive full package salaries. Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview.
