Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily safety inspections across the factory and work areas.
Monitor employees and contractors to ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Identify unsafe conditions and behaviors and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks and basic safety awareness sessions.
Report and assist in investigating workplace incidents and near misses.
Monitor high-risk activities and ensure required safety precautions are followed.
Maintain basic safety inspection and incident records.
Support emergency drills and evacuation activities.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
Good knowledge of workplace hazards and safety procedures.
Good communication and reporting skills.
NEBOSH or IOSH is preferred.
