About the Role:

Surbana Jurong (SJ) is currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for future Project Manager roles in our Infrastructure, Buildings & Cities division, to be part of Jeddahs transformation

This is not an open vacancy but part of our proactive recruitment for anticipated high-rise and complex urban development projects. If youre an experienced project leader who thrives in design and construction delivery, wed like to connect with you.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years experience in managing infrastructure, building design, and construction projects.
• Proven experience in high-rise towers, utilities, mixed-use, infrastructure, and commercial building development projects.
• Strong understanding of local authority processes in Saudi Arabia
• Experience within the GCC is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and team coordination capabilities.
