EPC Project Manager - Wastewater Treatment Plant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all EPC project activities, including construction, engineering, procurement, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure project delivery in accordance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Act as the primary interface between the client, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and site operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, risks, contractual obligations, and performance targets.
• Ensure continuous on-site leadership and operational control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain compliance with project procedures, contractual requirements, and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• Minimum 15 years of EPC project experience, including full project lifecycle delivery.
• Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager, Project Director, or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale EPC construction projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, contract administration, and project execution experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to be site-based and fully dedicated to the project.
