Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qatar for an Equipment Coordinator. The Equipment Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the availability, efficiency, and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment essential for projects. Daily responsibilities include managing equipment inventory, coordinating allocation and deployment to project sites, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, overseeing inspections, and troubleshooting equipment-related issues to avoid project downtime. The role requires close coordination with project managers, procurement teams, and equipment suppliers to optimize the use of resources and maintain operational continuity.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills to effectively oversee equipment allocation and availability.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in Oil & Gas or construction sectors.
  • Proficiency in ensuring compliance with HSE standards and maintaining equipment safety checks and records.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with project teams, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in using equipment management software and basic computer skills like Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience within the Oil & Gas sector or EPC projects is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical certification in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and safety-critical work environment.
