Equipment Supervisor

KBR is looking for Equipment Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Be able to prepare job instructions to the equipment and lifting team
- Coordinate all heavy lifts and equipment on site.
- Ensure Lifting equipment is in safe working use.
- Supervise a lifting team
- Supervise a heavy equipment team
- Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior.
- Ensure that personnel have the skills, training and all needed resources,equipment's and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities in safeand effectively manner, according to the contract terms and conditions.
Qualications:
- Minimum 10 years'experience in Oil & Gasmaintenance - High School
- Minimum 8 years'experience in Oil & Gasmaintenance - Diploma
- Strong technicalunderstanding ofmaintenance managementof Oil & Gas Facilities
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic management skills
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
- Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA
