Equipment Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

. Perform equipment sustaining activities including the loading and unloading of production materials and components such as FOUPs, wafers, reticles, and chemical containers.

. Carry out basic troubleshooting and alarm recovery activities to support equipment uptime and production continuity.

. Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including dismantling, adjustment, repair, and reassembly of equipment following technical documentation and procedures.

. Utilize testing and diagnostic tools to perform equipment checks and verify operational performance.

. Support equipment rebuilding, modification, and improvement activities under the guidance of technical personnel.

. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with operational requirements.

. Adhere to workplace safety policies, cleanroom standards, and quality procedures.

Requirements

. Qualification in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and support shift-based operations where required.

. Demonstrated willingness to learn, follow established procedures, and work effectively within a team environment.

. Basic technical, maintenance, or troubleshooting knowledge will be an advantage.

. Relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, or semiconductor environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
