Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Equity Sales Manager to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and trading activity across our equity and broader multi-asset trading offering.
You will identify and develop relationships with high-value, professional, and institutional clients, promote our equity, CFD trading and broader multi-asset trading offering, and grow trading volumes and revenues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global equity markets, equity CFDs, leveraged trading products, FOREX, and online brokerage, together with a proven track record in sales and business development within the financial markets industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

- Present the company's trading platform, pricing, execution services, and broader product offering to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, engagement, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and account development.
- Achieve agreed sales, revenue, client acquisition, and trading volume targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Develop referral channels and networks within the trading, investment, and brokerage community; represent the company at relevant industry events.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with active, high-value trading clients, understanding their trading requirements, preferred markets, and service expectations.
- Maintain regular client engagement to identify opportunities for increased trading activity and cross-sell the firm's wider product range.
- Maintain strong retention and proactively identify opportunities to reactivate dormant accounts.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a consistently high-quality client experience.
Market & Product Expertise
- Maintain strong knowledge of global equity markets, indices, equity CFDs, and broader financial market developments, including earnings events and corporate actions.
- Maintain a solid understanding of CFD trading mechanics - leverage, margin, spreads, execution, and associated risks.
- Monitor competitor offerings in the equity, FOREX, CFD, and online brokerage space, and feed insights back to Product and Trading teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Trading/Dealing, Product, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, and Client Services.
- Coordinate with Compliance and Operations on client onboarding, KYC/KYB, and account activation.
- Ensure all sales activity and client communications comply with internal policy and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline and client records in the CRM.

- Existing network of professional traders, HNW individuals, institutional clients, family offices, or asset managers is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML, and regulatory requirements within the brokerage industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
