Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized ERP Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and coordination of our ERP system. The ERP Coordinator will act as a liaison between departments, end-users, and the technical ERP team to ensure smooth system usage, timely data entry, and quick resolution of issues. This role requires strong communication, documentation, and process coordination skills, along with hands-on experience in ERP systems such as ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for ERP users regarding functional issues and data entry support.
- Coordinate between internal departments (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Accounts, HR) to ensure consistent ERP usage and data accuracy.
- Monitor daily transactions and ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.
- Assist with user onboarding and training for ERP modules.
- Work with ERP developers to report bugs, request enhancements, and test new features.
- Maintain user access rights, role permissions, and master data consistency.
- Prepare and generate standard ERP reports and dashboards as needed by management.
- Conduct periodic audits of ERP usage and data compliance.
- Assist in ERP implementation projects, module rollouts, and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 13 years of hands-on experience with any ERP system such as ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other similar platforms.
- Understanding of business processes such as Sales, Procurement, Inventory, or Accounting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and report generation tools.
- Ability to document SOPs and provide user support and training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience specifically with ERPNext or other open-source ERP platforms.
- Exposure to project coordination or IT system rollouts.
- Familiarity with process mapping or SOP documentation.
