Job Title: ERP Functional Consultant
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gain knowledge and apply experience with international ERP and CRM solutions.
- Provide first-level support to end users and address their queries.
- Coordinate with end users to gather and document new requirements.
- Work closely with the support/development team to implement new requirements and enhancements.
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Assist in improving ERP processes and workflows to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or related field.
- Certification in ERP solutions is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP functional roles.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules and business processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
