ERP & HR Systems Developer

We are looking for an experienced ERP/HR Systems Developer to lead the rollout of our new enterprise systems across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take over the systems from Edge and develop a clear, time-bound implementation plan
• Deploy the systems across all group companies, in coordination with Edge
• Migrate all existing company data to the new system
• Integrate all companies with the holding company on one unified platform
• Prepare the Associations Portal according to the agreed plan

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ERP and HR system development and implementation
• Experience in data migration and system integration
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
