Key Responsibilities
- Commercial responsibilities: Identify potential Odoo customers and pitch the Odoo solutions
- Process Analysis: Evaluate current business workflows and identify gaps where the Odoo system can optimize operations.
- System Configuration: Set up and configure core Odoo modules (e.g., Inventory, Accounting, Sales, CRM, HR, Manufacturing) to fit the client's needs.
- Project Management: Manage implementation timelines, coordinate with developers on custom modules, and oversee deliverables.
- Training & Testing: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and train operational staff and management on the new software.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing troubleshooting, system optimization, and user support.
Core Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of proven experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems, specifically Odoo.
- Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of business operations across finance, supply chain, and human resources.
- Technical Familiarity: A solid grasp of system integrations, APIs, and Odoo architecture. (Note: Technical-focused consultants may require Python/XML programming skills).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Ideal Certifications
- Official Odoo Certification (Functional or Technical) is highly preferred to validate platform expertise.
