ERP Next Engineer

We are seeking a talented ERPNext professional to manage, customize, and optimize our ERPNext system across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, user satisfaction, and system stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain ERPNext environments (production, staging, testing).

Customize Doctypes, Workflows, Reports, and Dashboards based on business needs.

Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems and APIs.

Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.

Develop and maintain scripts, custom apps, and modules (using Python / Frappe framework).

Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and ensure timely resolutions.

Perform data migration, backups, and database maintenance.

Coordinate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into ERPNext solutions.

Maintain detailed technical documentation and change logs.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext (implementation, administration, and customization).

Strong experience in Frappe Framework, Python, JavaScript, and MySQL/MariaDB.

Good understanding of ERP business modules (HR, Accounting, Inventory, Projects, CRM, etc.).

Experience in Linux / Ubuntu server administration.

Familiarity with Docker, Git, and system deployment practices is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
