Job Description

Job Summary:

The ERPNext Implementer will provide technical and functional support for ERPNext systems, ensuring seamless implementation, customization, and user satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, designing tailored solutions, providing training, and offering post-implementation support. This position requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Management:
  • Lead end-to-end ERP Next implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and user training.
  • Customize ERP Next modules to align with client business needs.
  • Technical & Functional Support:
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide resolution during implementation and post-go-live phases.
  • Ensure system performance by identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimizations.
  • Client Collaboration:
  • Engage with clients to understand their business processes and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Solve client issues through site visits or remote support.
  • System Maintenance:
  • Ensure the integrity of ERPNext systems and databases through proper procedures.
  • Test and deploy updates to maintain system efficiency.
  • Training & Documentation:
  • Develop and present training materials to ensure smooth user adoption.
  • Create clear documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 12 year of experience in ERP Next implementation or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is essential; prior experience with accounting systems is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, training, and analysis skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into ERP Next solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for client interaction and training delivery.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, non-technical terms
