Role Description The ERP NEXT Technical Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Az Zaqāzīq. The role involves providing technical support for ERPNext users, including troubleshooting system issues, handling service tickets, and resolving user queries in a timely manner. The team member will configure and maintain ERPNext modules, assist in implementing new features, and support data integrity through routine checks and documented procedures. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with business and finance teams to understand process requirements, testing system changes, and preparing clear user guides and training materials. The role also requires coordination with IT and other stakeholders to ensure system performance, security, and continuous improvement of ERPNext usage across the group.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve ERP-related technical issues.
- Candidates should possess Planning skills to prioritize support requests, schedule system updates, and manage implementation timelines.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with users, explain technical concepts clearly, and provide professional support.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Finance processes to support ERPNext financial and accounting modules.
- Relevant experience in ERPNext (or similar ERP systems), including configuration, maintenance, and user support, is highly beneficial.
- A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of databases, basic scripting or programming, and system integration concepts is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation is important.
