Job Title: ERP Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our team and oversee the implementation of ERP systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically in ERP implementations, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire ERP implementation process, from planning and design to testing and deployment
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and ensure that the ERP solution meets their needs
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Lead a team of developers, analysts, and consultants to ensure all project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of the ERP system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and project management, and make recommendations for process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members at all levels
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team towards project goals
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
