Position- ERP Project Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Work Mode: Full-Time Onsite – 5 Days/Week

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and manage ERP implementation projects, with strong hands-on experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programs through Go-Live. The ideal candidate will have strong project governance, stakeholder and vendor management skills, and experience coordinating implementation activities across Finance, Procurement, SCM, and HCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects from planning through Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Establish and maintain project governance, plans, milestones, and delivery controls.
• Manage project RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT activities across business and technical teams.
• Manage change requests, scope, timelines, and project dependencies.
• Lead cutover planning, Go-Live activities, and post-Go-Live Hypercare.
• Coordinate with Oracle implementation partners, vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Ensure project deliverables are aligned with business requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
• Drive issue resolution and escalate critical risks or delivery concerns as required.

Required Certification

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall ERP experience
• 5+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects
• Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects through Go-Live
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Experience across Oracle Financials, Procurement, SCM, and HCM
• Strong Project Governance experience
• Hands-on experience with RAID Management
• Experience managing Change Requests
• Strong SIT/UAT Coordination experience
• Experience managing Cutover & Go-Live
• Experience supporting Hypercare activities
• Strong Stakeholder Management and Vendor/Implementation Partner Management
• Fluent English – B2+

• Experience with Oracle Unified Method (OUM)
• Middle East ERP project experience
• Experience working on U.S. Government contracts
• Experience with FMS environments
• Knowledge of DCAA-compliant accounting
• Arabic language skills
