ERP Sales Specialist

We at 3M Code Software Solutions are looking for an ERP Sales Specialist to work on a commission basis, specializing in Odoo ERP systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prospecting new leads and building a strong network.

- Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions through Odoo ERP.

- Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

- Providing demos when needed.

- Collaborating with marketing and implementation teams to ensure customer success.

Required Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in technical solutions or SaaS sales (ERP preferred).

- Good knowledge of ERP systems, especially Odoo.

- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.

- Ambitious, able to work on commission only, and loves challenges and achieving goals.

Commission System:

- 12 closed deals per month 20% of the deal value.

- 24 closed deals per month 25% of the deal value.

- 46 closed deals per month 30% of the deal value.

Work Location: Egypt (Remote Work).

This is a commission-based position with the potential to earn a very high income based on performance.
