We are currently seeking an ERP Sales Specialist to join our team. As an ERP Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling and promoting ERP solutions to prospective clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique business needs and demonstrate how our ERP solutions align with their goals. Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers in the ERP software market through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.

2. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine their fit within the ideal customer profile. Understand prospects needs, budget considerations, and decision-making authority.

3. Initial Outreach: Make initial contact with prospects, introducing them to our ERP solutions and creating awareness about the value proposition.

4. Follow-up: Engage in consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and provide additional information to move them through the sales funnel.

5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads in HubSpot. Document conversations, update contact information, and track lead progress.

6. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads for further development. Provide detailed information to Account Executives or Sales Representatives for successful lead conversion.

7. Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams based on interactions with prospects. Contribute insights to refine messaging, improve targeting strategies, and enhance overall sales and marketing efforts.

8. Meeting Targets: Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to the number of qualified leads generated, meetings scheduled, and other relevant metrics.

Proven experience in ERP sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Deep understanding of ERP systems and their benefits in various industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
