About the Role
Leads the development, customization, and maintenance of ERP applications to optimize business operations. Ensures seamless integration with enterprise systems, enhances system performance, and provides technical solutions to meet business requirements. Works closely with stakeholders to analyze needs, develop scalable solutions, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- ERP Development & Customization – Designs, develops, and customizes ERP applications to align with business requirements.
- System Integration – Ensures ERP system compatibility and integration with other business applications and third-party solutions.
- Performance Optimization – Identifies and implements system enhancements to improve performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting & Support – Diagnoses and resolves ERP-related issues, providing technical support and training to end users.
- Securit y & Compliance – Ensures ERP applications adhere to security protocols, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Process Automation – Implements automation solutions within ERP systems to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Works closely with business units to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Upgrades & Patch Management – Manages ERP software updates, patches, and version upgrades to ensure system stability.
- Documentation & Best Practices – Maintains technical documentation and enforces development best practices.
- Continuous Improvement – Research new ERP trends and technologies to drive innovation and system enhancements.
- Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as required to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in ERP development tools, programming languages (e.g., SQL, Java, C#), and database management.
- Experience with API integration, cloud-based ERP solutions, and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in ERP application development and maintenance.
- Strong background in ERP modules, business processes, and system integration.
- Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus.
