We're looking for a seasoned ERP Solution Architect to lead and govern our enterprise IT reference architectures, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. This role is key to designing scalable, cost-efficient solutions that drive digital transformation and align with our strategic business vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern IT reference architectures across multiple domains (Web, App, Cloud, Big Data, etc.).
- Translate business strategy into effective, scalable solution designs.
- Lead integration of complex, multi-system environments and ensure seamless delivery with internal teams and external partners.
- Develop detailed architectural designs and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Drive adoption of structured application and solution design practices.
- Evaluate current technologies and recommend improvements.
- Research emerging technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field along with 1215 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in IT architecture.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance, SCM, HR, Payroll, Tax) with atleast 6 full lifecycle ERP implementations.
- Multi-domain exposure: Hospitality, Property Development/Management/Leasing, Investment, Consultancy.
- Experience with cloud and on-prem Dynamics installations, third-party integrations, LCS, Agile/Waterfall, and Middle East payroll.
- Power BI / Power Automate experience is a plus.
