Job Description

Role: ERP Systems Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities

1) ERP Support & Delivery (HCM / FIN / SCM)

  • Implement, administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Fusion modules (HCM, Financials, Supply Chain, and related areas).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion modules for enhancements and new capabilities aligned to best practices.
  • Support business cycles: financial close, HR operations, procurement workflows, inventory and supply chain processes.
  • Conduct functional testing, coordinate UAT, and provide end-user guidance.

2) Training, Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

  • Create and maintain solution documentation, project artifacts, user guides, and training manuals.
  • Deliver user training and review sessions for new releases, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Provide responsive end-user support and timely resolution of inquiries.

3) Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and optimize reports/dashboards using BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and analysis tools.
  • Develop/maintain data models and support monthly/ad-hoc reporting needs for management and key departments.

Technical Responsibilities (Oracle Fusion + PaaS/Extensions)

  • Design, develop, and deploy Oracle PaaS extensions, including:
  • Visual Builder (VBCS)
  • ADF-based application extensions
  • Custom objects/pages
  • Build and maintain integrations using:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • REST/SOAP Web Services
  • File-based integrations (FBDI); plus exposure to HDL where applicable
  • Develop automation/scheduled jobs and custom validations within Fusion.
  • Ensure strong technical architecture, coding standards, performance optimization, and reliable deployment practices.
  • Support upgrades, patches, regression testing, and change management.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues spanning HCM, SCM, and Financials.

Accountabilities

  • Provide ERP training sessions and support adoption of new systems/upgrades.
  • Deliver ERP analysis expertise and practical solutions to user issues.
  • Develop custom reports requested by business departments.
  • Contribute to team objectives and cross-functional initiatives as required.

Compliance & Professional Standards (SSMC Guidelines)

  • Adhere to facility policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and mandatory training timelines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all information handled in the role.
  • Promote customer service and act as a brand ambassador with stakeholders.
  • Follow occupational health & safety, infection control, and emergency preparedness requirements.
  • Demonstrate continuous learning and support mentoring/training of UAE nationals where required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years with Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion Applications.

Must-have expertise:

  • Oracle Fusion HCM, SCM, Financials (TechnoFunctional)
  • Integrations: OIC, APIs, FBDI, HDL (as applicable)
  • PaaS/Extensions: VBCS, ADF components, OCI exposure (preferred)
  • Reporting/Analytics: BI Publisher, OTBI dashboards and models
  • Strong SQL/PLSQL, JavaScript, REST/SOAP skills
  • End-to-end delivery: requirement analysis design build test deploy support
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management
