An ERP Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and maintaining Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to ensure they meet organizational needs and optimize business processes. The role includes gathering user requirements, configuring software to align with business workflows, improving system efficiencies, troubleshooting ERP-related issues, and ensuring a seamless integration of ERP systems with other platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP systems
  • Design solutions that align with organizational business processes within the ERP system framework
  • Monitor ERP system performance, address operational issues, and ensure system functionality remains optimal
  • Coordinate with developers, and internal teams to implement updates, patches, and enhancements
  • Test changes to ERP systems, ensuring proper operation and compatibility
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users and ensure they can effectively utilize ERP functionalities
  • Collaborate on integration of ERP systems with other tools and software platforms
  • Maintain system-related documentation, including process maps, workflows, configurations, and user guides
  • Lead or participate in ERP-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and implementations

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related fields
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess system functionalities and find solutions for business needs
  • Experience with ERP system modules and workflow management
  • Proficiency in SQL, database management, and data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating documentation and liaising with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently or within a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Up-to-date knowledge about trends and developments in ERP technology
