LG Electronics Egypt is seeking a proactive and analytical Air Conditioner and Air Care Product Assistant Manager to support product planning, new product launches, pricing, market analysis, sales operations, and lifecycle management for residential and commercial air conditioning products.
About the Role
The role requires close coordination with Headquarters, Sales, Marketing, SCM, Customer Service, and Business Planning teams to ensure successful product launches, strong market competitiveness, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the RAC and SAC product portfolio from launch to phase-out.
- Coordinate New Product Introduction activities with Headquarters and local teams.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis.
- Support pricing and profitability management by analyzing margins, market competitiveness, promotions, and business cases for new product launches.
- Assist in sales planning and business operations.
- Coordinate with SCM and Headquarters on supply planning, inventory health, PSI management, and supply risk mitigation.
- Support marketing and go-to-market activities.
- Work with Sales and Customer Service teams to address product inquiries, customer feedback, VOC analysis, field issues, and product improvement opportunities.
- Act as a liaison with LG Headquarters and prepare management reports, business reviews, dashboards, presentations, and project updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in air conditioning product management is a plus.
Required Skills
- Fluent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, pricing, profitability, and product performance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI is preferred.
- Experience with ERP, SAP, CRM, or product information systems is a plus.
