Required Skills :

Core HR, Time Management, Absence Management, Compensation, HCM reporting tools – BI Publisher, OTBI and HCM extract reports, HDL, Roles and security, Communication and interpersonal Skills, VBCS, Redwood configurations

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI and HCM extracts reports
  • Experience in HDL and spreadsheet data load and debugging errors
  • Good functional and technical knowledge in Core HR
  • Experience in VBCS, Redwood configurations, Roles and Security.
  • Knowledge in data integration and ensure smooth data flow between systems using OIC
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management and external partners
  • Should be able to coordinate end to end testing cycles.
  • Troubleshoot existing applications

Qualifications

Added advantage :

Experience in Time & Labor and Absence implementation

Having Certification on any Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
