Job Title: Escrow Junior Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Escrow Junior Accountant with experience in UAE RERA-compliant escrow accounting. The candidate will support escrow operations, monitor TAS inflows and outflows, perform reconciliations, and assist with RERA escrow audits while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record TAS (Trust Account System) inflows and outflows
- Maintain project-wise escrow ledgers in line with RERA regulations
- Perform daily and monthly escrow reconciliations with bank statements
- Assist in RERA escrow audit handling and regulatory inspections
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, project teams, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure all escrow releases are supported by RERA approvals and documentation
- Maintain proper escrow records and audit files
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 13 years of experience in UAE escrow accounting
- Hands-on experience with TAS inflow and outflow monitoring
- Experience supporting or handling RERA escrow audits
- Real estate or property development background preferred
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UAE RERA escrow regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong coordination and communication skills
