Job Description

The ESG Coordinator will support the implementation and coordination of the Group's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting requirements across all restaurant operations. As the business operates under Accor and Ennismore, the role will ensure the accurate collection, consolidation and reporting of ESG data in line with Group sustainability standards and French CAC 40 reporting expectations. The ESG Coordinator will act as the central point of contact between restaurant teams, corporate departments, external ESG consultants and the Paris Head Office to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

ESG Reporting & Data Collection

  • Maintain the annual ESG reporting calendar. Track reporting milestones and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Coordinate the collection of ESG data across all restaurants and corporate departments.
  • Consolidate and validate environmental, social and governance data for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain ESG reporting templates, trackers and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness before submission.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support internal and external ESG reporting requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for ESG reporting across restaurant operations.
  • Liaise with General Managers and department heads to collect required information within agreed deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Operations and Engineering teams to gather relevant ESG data.
  • Work closely with external ESG consultants to facilitate reporting activities and respond to information requests.
  • Collaborate with the Paris ESG and Sustainability teams to ensure alignment with Accor and Ennismore reporting requirements.

Compliance & Governance

  • Support compliance with Accor, Ennismore and French ESG reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audit purposes.
  • Develop simple guidance documents and reporting tools for operational teams.
  • Assist in implementing new ESG reporting processes and continuous improvements.
  • Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
  • Additional certification in Sustainability or ESG is an advantage.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in ESG reporting, sustainability, compliance, finance, audit or project coordination.
  • Experience working with large volumes of data and reporting.
  • Experience in hospitality, retail or multi-site operations is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to ESG reporting frameworks, CSRD or corporate sustainability reporting is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments.
  • Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
