Role Description The ESG Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for supporting clients across the full ESG lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting ESG and sustainability assessments, analyzing data from AI-powered audit tools, and preparing reports and dashboards that translate insights into practical recommendations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to design and implement ESG strategies, support sustainability transformation roadmaps, and track measurable circular impact. The ESG Specialist will contribute to the development of methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, while staying current on regional and global ESG standards and regulations. The position also includes participating in client workshops, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of the platform's analytics and transformation tools.
Qualifications

• Strong ESG and sustainability knowledge, including familiarity with key frameworks (e.g., ESG reporting standards, climate and circular economy concepts).
• Analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to work with ESG metrics, dashboards, and AI-driven audit outputs.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, including working with cross-functional teams and external partners on ESG initiatives.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
• Background in environmental science, sustainability, business, economics, or a related field; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regional ESG regulations and global standards; experience in the UAE or GCC market is an advantage.
• Comfort with digital platforms and analytics tools; experience with ESG software or data visualization tools is beneficial.
