Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

• Strong experience in ESL/EFL teaching and academic leadership.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and team-management skills.

• Strong understanding of teaching methodologies and quality standards.

• CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, TKT, or similar certification required.

• Candidates with a school-based background are not eligible for this position.
