We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ESP Field Engineer to join our team. As an ESP Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services related to Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) in the field of Oil & Gas
Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and maintain Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems at client oilfield sites
Conduct field diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of ESP equipment to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute ESP deployment and intervention activities
Monitor ESP system performance, collect operational data, and prepare detailed technical reports
Ensure all field operations comply with safety standards and company policies
Train and mentor junior field technicians and engineers on ESP installation and maintenance procedures
Liaise with engineering and product support teams to resolve complex technical issues
Maintain accurate records of field activities, equipment usage, and maintenance schedules
Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance field processes and equipment reliability
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of hands-on experience with ESP systems in oilfield operations
Strong understanding of artificial lift systems and oil production processes
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration
Willingness to work in an on-site, field-based environment with frequent travel to remote locations
Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence t to industry regulations
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and field reports
Flexibility to work extended hours or on-call shifts as required by operational needs
